A man in China had a penis transplant, but has since requested that the new appendage be removed due to "a severe psychological problem of the recipient and his wife".
This brings new meaning to the oft-used phrase, "I wouldn't even screw her with YOUR dick."

You know...I have signed up to be an organ donor, but I never expected this...
In spite of my official status as a donor, I think that it should be my wife's decision. And I should be VERY dead before she considers that decision.
It would be interesting to know what kind of accident damaged the original. "A man incinerated his privates today while lighting his own flatulence..."
